About Skyline Group
The Skyline Group has been in existence since 1980 and Skyline Builders® is the flagship unit of the group. We started business as a partnership firm in 1989, with the construction of flats and gradually took up independent villa projects and then, commercial projects as well.The year 1990 - 1991 was a landmark year for Skyline Builders® as we maintained a steady, expansive growth which culminated in excellence and recognition throughout the following years. We have been the market leader in Kerala since 1993 - 1994. Our obsession with delivering quality projects on time has paid off in a big way and we intend to uphold our policy of maintaining the fulfillment of our client's dreams as our #1 priority.
Management
Each Skyline unit is successfully managed by skilled professionals who head various departments, and report in turn, to CEO. The promoters themselves are technocrats with vast experience in the construction business.
The group units function within an ambience of a cordial employer-employee relationship. Each group also gives due importance to the development of Human Resources, and to the timely completion of each and every project that it undertakes.
Accomplishments
Our business covers the construction of flats, independent villa projects and commercial projects as well. We have experienced a steady expansion over the years but one perennial constant which endures is the importance accorded to customer satisfaction. We give credit to being the market leader in Kerala since '93-'94 to the fact that we refuse to compromise on quality and believe in always working within schedules. We can honestly claim:
